Who we are

OGMM was developed in early 2023 and is managed by former Corvette factory driver Oliver Gavin, along with racing driver and driver coach, Matt Bell and motorsport PR and media specialist, Charlotte Lumley. OGMM calls on our different areas of expertise to create something bespoke for each of the drivers and teams we represent.

OGMM is not your normal driver management company. Our aim is to not only help young drivers forge a career in motorsport, but to also help experienced racing drivers develop the next step in their careers.

At OGMM, we work with both “Pro” and “Am” racing drivers, allowing them a hassle-free experience of racing. We also represent racing teams looking to put together that perfect line up for their next racing programme.
